Giveaway Rules and Regulations

Who Can Enter

1. Participants must be legal Florida state residents and have lawful access to the Internet and a valid e-mail address.

2. Immediate family and household members of Westchase Esthetic Family Dentistry are ineligible.

How To Enter

3. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. The contest begins March 15, 2011 and ends May 1, 2011.

4. To participate, contestants must fill out the form appearing at Westchase Esthetic Family Dentistry's Fan Page on Facebook. Willingness to participate is reflected in the acceptance of these rules. By confirming their participation, contestants acknowledge that the data subscribed is real. At the end of the form, participants should select the name of our staff member who they are supporting. If they do not support anyone, there is an "Other" choice. All entries from ineligible entrants will be voided.

5. Once the participants submit their information, Westchase Esthetic Family Dentistry staff will call back each participant to confirm their data. This call means that the participant has been accepted in the contest.

6. Registration closes after 30 participants have submitted their forms on Westchase Esthetic Family Dentistry's Fan Page on Facebook.

7. Registration must be manual. No bots or other automated registration is allowed.

The Prize

8. Each of those 30 participants who confirmed their registration will receive $1000 off the price in an Invisalign Treatment. If the maximum number of entrants is achieved (30), then three (3) of the entrants will be selected for a greater discount: 50% off the total price.

9. Winners will be notified by phone and e-mail. Winners are responsible of making an appointment with the dentist in order to start the Invisalign Treatment.

10. The Prize can be transferred to the participant's parents, husband/wife or kids. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other items by the winner(s). Westchase Esthetic Family Dentistry reserves the right to substitute a comparable prize of like or greater value.

11. The winner(s) is responsible for all local, country, state, and federal taxes on prizes based on the value of the prize set forth in these rules.

12. The winner must receive a complimentary screening to determine their eligibility for Invisalign.

13. By entering, participants represent that they are eligible, and agree (a) to be bound by these rules and (b) to release Westchase Esthetic Family Dentistry, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
